We open in mid-October 2026, so we are not collecting yet and the earliest date you can pick is our opening week. From launch: book early enough in the day and we aim to collect same-day — always subject to how today's already booked up. Next-day is the reliable fallback, and standard collection is within 3 days. Same-day adds £50 and next-day £25 to the load price; standard has no premium.

Every job is quoted per job from your photos. The guide ladder — quarter £89, half £165, three-quarter £235, full £300 — is priced by how much of the truck you fill, with labour, disposal and the waste transfer note included. We are not taking payment yet — we open in mid-October 2026. From launch you pay the quoted price in full to book, and on the day we clear up to the load you've paid for — anything left over stays, with nothing extra to pay at the door. If there turns out to be materially more than was described, that extra is a separate job rather than a change to your price — your price stands as agreed, and we'd quote the rest as its own job for you to take or leave. Nothing is ever renegotiated on the doorstep. Heavy materials like soil, rubble or tiles may be priced by weight too — we'll always say so first. We are not taking any payment yet - we open in mid-October 2026, so right now you can get a price and register your interest, but you cannot book or pay. From launch: you pay the quoted price in full when you accept the quote — that's what books your slot, and there's nothing more to pay on the day. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your own account page; cash and bank transfer are fine too if you'd rather. Nothing is booked until we've received payment.

No. We're a wait-and-load service — the truck arrives, the crew loads it, and it leaves the same visit. Nothing is left on the highway, so there's no council skip permit to arrange and no open skip sitting out collecting other people's rubbish overnight.

Newport and about 30 miles around our NP20 base — including Cardiff, Cwmbran, Caerphilly and Chepstow. Jobs beyond roughly 10 miles from base carry a small fuel charge, always included in your quote. To a permitted site, every time — never fly-tipped. You get a duty-of-care waste transfer note for every job showing what was taken and where it went.

We hold an upper-tier waste carrier registration with Natural Resources Wales — registered — and carry commercial and employers' liability insurance. Every collection comes with a duty-of-care waste transfer note for your records.

Some things sit outside a standard waste carrier licence and we won't touch them: asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals, oil and other hazardous waste. If we spot any of it we'll stop and point you to the right specialist rather than risk it.
