This is the Halcyon Clearance staff & admin console — job board, quote builder, deposit gate, driver assignment and the message centre.
All of the console's behaviour — quoting, the deposit-before-scheduling gate, driver job transitions and the append-only message centre — is proven against the local Firestore emulator (app-tests/). When the operator flips LIVE_APP to true and registers App Check, this screen is replaced by the sign-in below.

Tag accounts as staff or admin. Staff & admin roles are limited to Halcyon Clearance email addresses.
Driver invites
Send a one-time link that lets someone set up their own driver account with the details you enter here.
Signups and referral partners
Everyone who has put their name down for launch, newest first — trade signups waiting to hear from you, and shops and trades that have joined the referral scheme. The Type column says which. Nobody has been charged anything. Mark each one off as you work through them.
Discount codes
Codes are staff-applied against a job's quote — the customer never learns whether a code is real from the quote form. Create, deactivate, and watch redemptions here.
